LuckyPicks SG is an entertainment-only Singapore lottery number picking app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.
Data We Collect
- Email address, Apple Sign In identifier, and app subscriber identifier for account login, authentication, security, and subscription access.
- Purchase and subscription status from Apple and RevenueCat so Premium access can be unlocked and restored.
- Optional profile inputs such as display name, birthday or age check, lucky digits, game choices, answers, generated picks, daily check-in state, and free-pick usage. These are used to personalize the app experience and enforce fair use.
- First-party product funnel events such as first open, game selected, first pick completed, My Picks opened, official link opened, calendar created, paywall viewed, purchase started, and purchase completed. If you arrive from a campaign link, source and campaign parameters may be stored so we can understand activation and improve the product.
- An anonymous random install token for guest mode. The server stores only a hashed form of this token to enforce the one-time guest trial and reduce abuse.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, request IDs, timestamps, and security/audit logs for service reliability, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.
How We Use Data
We use data to operate the app, authenticate users, provide email OTP login, manage Premium subscriptions, generate entertainment-only picks, keep the service secure, and respond to support requests.
Third-Party Services
The app may use Apple Sign In, Apple in-app purchases, RevenueCat for subscription validation, Resend for transactional email, Open-Meteo for weather context, and Singapore Pools links for external lottery purchase pages.
No Tracking
LuckyPicks SG does not use collected data to track users across apps or websites for advertising.
Retention and Deletion
Account, authentication, saved picks, subscription, and security records are retained as needed to operate the service, comply with platform requirements, prevent abuse, and handle support. You can delete your account in the app from Account settings.
