LuckyPicks SG will stop operating on 14 September 2026. Until that date, signed-in users can delete their account in the app from Account → Delete account.
After closure, online account data, saved picks, refresh sessions and related personal records will be deleted. A final encrypted recovery backup will be held offline for 90 days and destroyed by 13 December 2026, unless a longer period is required to resolve a valid legal or billing matter.
Anonymous aggregate business metrics may be retained without identifiers. For privacy requests, contact service@cloudtalk.top.
